About

I'm Joshua, a DevOps engineer and full-stack developer from the Philippines, and a web design enthusiast. I care about the whole path of a product — the interface people touch, the APIs and databases behind it, and the cloud that keeps it fast and secure.

Over the last few years I've shipped work for real-estate and enterprise teams at Vista Land and TaskUs, and I keep building products of my own in public — like Calamansi UI, an open-source registry of animated React components. I like turning fiddly, bureaucratic or repetitive problems into something that simply works.

I'm an enthusiast rather than an expert when it comes to web design, but type, spacing, colour and motion still get the same attention as the deploy. When I'm not shipping, you'll find me exploring new tools, contributing to open source, and collecting ideas worth stealing.

A free, open-source registry of animated React components — a tiny citrus UI kit for React and Next.js. 14 components, one file each. Install with the shadcn CLI, then edit the source like it was always yours. Built with Tailwind CSS, Motion and GSAP, with a mascot that blinks, tracks your cursor, blushes and goes tart.
